House Rules

• No shoes in the house
• No parties
• No smoking allowed
• No pets allowed
• Keep all doors and windows closed while braaing/BBQ
• When leaving the house, close all windows, lock all doors, and switch On the alarm
• Do not use white towels to wipe off make-up. Use dark face towels provided in bathrooms instead
• Do not use white towels to take to the beach or swimming pool. Use beach towels that are provided instead.

Cancellation policy

• If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
• If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75%
• If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100%
• Any damages to property will be charged
• Global Route is not liable for any damages or personal injuries on property (as owner)
• Review the Host’s full cancellation policy which applies even if you cancel for illness or disruptions caused by COVID-19.
